Mark Scotney graduated from Latrobe University in 2001. Over the past 10 years Mark has worked with both elite and amateur sporting teams and in a sports-orientated private practice. In 2009 he completed his DMA Clinical Pilates training which compliments his keen interest in the rehabilitation of shoulder, acute and chronic spinal pain, hip, pelvis, groin and lower limb injuries. Mark is also skilled in the use of Real Time Ultrasound for assessment and retraining of the muscles around the lower back, pelvis and hip.
He has extensive experience in post-operative shoulder and hip rehabilitation including arthroscopy.
Previous sports experience includes soccer, AFL football, basketball, rowing, triathlon, swimming and multisport events. He also offers athlete screening for injury prevention and performance maximisation for swimmers and rowers.
