Justin Steer has been practicing as a physiotherapist for nine years, graduating from the University of Melbourne in 1996. He has gained experience in rehabilitation, orthopaedic and sports physiotherapy. Justin is also qualified as a Level 2 Clinical Pilates instructor.

Justin is primarily involved with cricket and Australian Rules football (AFL). Justin has a commitment to helping both elite and recreational athletes achieve a successful return to their sport.

 

 

 

Justin's interest in injuries and rehabilitation include shoulder, knee, low back, hamstring, groin and calf/Achilles, shin, ankle, hip, pelvic and neck.

Greatest sporting moments…
  • Physiotherapist for the Victorian Cricket Team’s 2004 Pura Cup Victory.
  • Playing in the 2003 Grand Final for the Fitzroy Reds Club 18’s after returning from a broken jaw sustained in Round 4.
Personal sporting experience:

Having not played football since U19’s, Justin returned to playing Amateur football in 2003 and is presently an active member of the Fitzroy Reds Football Club. Justin maintains his fitness through surfing, running and regular gym sessions.
