Maria Di Michele specialises in head, neck and shoulder pain, temporomandibular joint (jaw) work and low back, hip and groin pain (osteopubis). Her sporting areas include football, cycling, swimming, track & field, golf, dancing and opera singers (TMJ work and MLD for voice).

Other areas of interest include Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) from soft tissue injury bruising and edema, pre and post surgery, lymphadema treatment bandaging and compression garment fittings and pallative care.

Greatest sporting moments…

Male tandem cycling team just made Athens on wild card. Had blow out on track, back rider injured knee with best of 3 x3 races to go WON GOLD. Needless to say it was a very emotional teary happy day. Back riders nickname is Horse.

Personal sporting experience:
  • Winning the School Cross Country run in my age group in Form 11 as it was known as in those days - distance was 8 miles.
