Paul Blackman gained fellowship of the Australasian College of Sports Physicians in 1996, winning the college medal for the best candidate. He has extensive experience in AFL working with North Melbourne Kangaroos and Richmond, then Collingwood from 1997 to the current day as chief medical officer.

Paul has also worked with the Australian Socceroos, Judo Victoria, Swimming Victoria and the Victorian Weightlifting Federation. His special interests are exercise induced leg pain, knee, shoulder and hip/groin pain.
