Bio
Jo Sager began her career in soft tissue therapy in private practice in 2006 and has worked with elite and amateur sporting teams since 2007. Jo’s professional interests include myofascial trigger point pain therapy and the release of soft tissues to enhance recovery and help avoid overuse injury. Other interests include the soft tissue treatment of injuries in athletes and the general population, and the utilisation of myofascial dry needling.
