Since graduating from La Trobe University, Ryan Cope has worked in private practice focusing predominately on sport injuries. Ryan has extensive experience in tennis as a physiotherapist, coach and a player. Ryan’s primary role in tennis is tennis specific musculoskeletal screening in order to maximise athletic development, prevent injury and ultimately improve performance. Aside from tennis, he has worked with many other sports including netball, badminton, squash, swimming, football, and soccer.
Ryan works with a diverse range of athletes; but has a particular interest in the shoulder and in functional rehabilitation. Ryan completed a masters in Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning) in 2011. His practice now combines exercise rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and injury prevention with hands on physiotherapy to ensure a thorough approach to patient care.
