Todd Brown is part of the Olympic Park Sports Medicine team in Geelong. He graduated with honours in Podiatry from Charles Sturt University in 2004. Todd's honours research focused on the use of ultrasound sonography in the diagnosis of interdigital neuromas. He has an extensive background in athletic footwear and experience in both public sector and private podiatry practice.

Sally Child
Podiatrist BPodiatry(Honours) MSM OPSMC since April 2001
Sally Child is head of the podiatry department at Olympic Park Sports Medicine Centre. She was awarded a first class honours and won the Young Investigator’s award at the Victorian Podiatry Conference in 2000. Sally worked in Perth for 18 months before joining the Olympic Park team in 2001.
Sally’s practice interests include: Lower limb biomechanics and footwear technology. She also has a special interest in Australian Rules Football, track and field athletics, recreational running and the treatment of children.

Ben Holland
Podiatrist OPSMC
Ben Holland has been a podiatrist for the past 14 years graduating from LaTrobe University in 1998. Ben has been working at the elite level with the Collingwood Football Club and Tennis Victoria in various junior talent programs. Ben has developed as a passionate sports podiatrist and specialises in lower limb sports injury treatment, biomechanical analysis and injury prevention.

Steve O'Connor
Podiatrist BPodiatry(Honours) OPSMCSteve O'Connor has been a podiatrist for the past 9 years since graduating from the University of Salford with Honours, in England, in 2002. His main interests lie within the field of gait analysis, biomechanically induced tissue stress, management of lower limb injuries in recreational to elite athletes, effect of footwear and orthotic therapy, and post-operative care. He has a professional and personal interest in sports medicine and currently works with athletes from recreational to elite levels.

 James Pope Podiatrist

OPSMC since 2008
James Popejoined the Olympic Park Sports Medicine team in 2008. His main interest is working with middle to long distance runners in developing their most efficient running technique. This stems from a gait retraining model he has developed through his clinical work, it incorporates strength assessment under fatigue as well as technique changes and a return to running program.

Nicki Quigley
Podiatrist OPSMC since 2003
Nicki Quigley joined the Olympic Park team in 2003. She has a background in biomechanics and exercise physiology, and has worked with the VIS in sports science. Nicki has a specialist interest in lower limb biomechanics, and management of injuries in elite athletes, recreational athletes, junior athletes, and children. She has a diverse knowlege of all sports, particularly Australian Rules Football, softball, cricket, soccer, touch football, netball, running and walking.
