Richard Bennett has been a practicing psychologist for fifteen years including pioneering the field of Surf Psychology. He has served in several senior positions for Australian Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games campaigns and for Australian Institute of Sport and Olympic Winter Institute of Australia Development Squad and National Team programs. Richard has expertise with a diverse range of "performers" including singers, dancers, actors/actresses, musicians, writers, artists, extreme athletes and adventurers, corporate managers and board level executives.

Jacqui Louder has been a practicing psychologist for eleven years, specialising in eating disorders, athletic transitions (retirement / entry into elite sport / etc), performing arts and children’s sport. Jacqui has had diverse range of experiences working as a psychologist with athletes and teams at the elite level which has included AFL football, National League netball and at World University, Commonwealth and Olympic Games.
