Patients will be assessed by a sports doctor, a physiotherapist and receive an ultrasound assessment of the elbow. If the ultrasound shows new blood vessels in the painful extensor tendons, the patient will be randomised to one of the three treatment arms.
Patients will be followed up at 4, 12, 26, and 52 weeks.
