Jessica Rothwell’s excitement for supporting athletes as well as individual health stemmed from her experiences growing up on a dairy farm as well as competing internationally in the sport of race walking. Jess enjoys working with individuals of all ages to develop realistic and achievable strategies that are complementary to their lifestyle or training/competition goals.
Jessica Rothwell is working at the Victorian Institute of Sport with Athletics and is the National High Performance Nutrition Lead for Athletics Australia, outside of these roles, she enjoys other consultancy work and casual work with flowers.

Melbourne and Telehealth Campus Fee Statement
A referral from a general or specialist medical practitioner is not required to see Ms Rothwell. The cost of an initial consultation with Ms Rothwell may be up to $170.00 and patients may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $55.10. The cost of a standard review consultation (30 mins) may be up to $95.00 and the cost of a long review (60 mins) may be up to $155.00. Patients may be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate of $54.60 for both review types. To receive a Medicare rebate, the patient must have a Chronic Disease Management Plan (previously known as an Enhanced Primary Care Plan) issued by a general or specialist medical practitioner. Private health insurance rebates may be available too, depending on the terms and conditions of the patient’s insurance. Initial consultations are generally booked as 60 minute appointments and review consultations are generally booked as 30 or 60 minute appointments. Please note that in addition to the charges already mentioned, client meal plans are an additional $150.00 and will be provided at a review consultation.
