Do I have to be a Sports Person to attend the clinic?

Absolutely not! We specialise in Sports and Exercise Medicine however we offer elite services for anyone who requires musculoskeletal care, treatment and management.

What if I don’t know who I need to see?

Please call 1300 859 887 and our reception staff will endeavour to assist you.

How can I make, change or cancel an appointment?

Please call 1300 859 887 to speak to our friendly receptionists about your appointment.   24 hours’ notice is required prior to your appointment for appointment changes or cancellations, otherwise a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the original appointment amount may be charged.

Do I need to make an appointment, or can I just walk in?

For all appointments, please call our friendly receptionists on 1300 859 887.

Can I make, change or cancel an appointment via email?

We are unable to accept, change or cancel appointments via email. To make, change or cancel an appointment please call our friendly receptionists on 1300 859 887.

Do you have an appointment reminder system?

Yes, we will send an SMS to you the day before your appointment.

What are your fees?

Our fees take into account the specialist skills of our practitioners, the complexity of your problem and the time taken for assessment and treatment. Thus we are not able to publish set fees. Please discuss this with our receptionist at the time of booking and with your practitioner at the consultation.

What fees are charged for Pensioners & Concession card holders?

We don’t offer concession or pension pricing as we are a private clinic.

Do you bulk bill?

No, we are a private clinic and don’t provide a bulk billing service.

Do you treat WorkCover and TAC Patients?

Yes we do, but please note that you will still need to pay the full fee for your consultation on the day and claim it back yourself. TAC and WorkCover may only partially cover the cost of services at this clinic, not the full fee.

Do I need to pay for my appointment at the time?

Payment in full is required at the time of consultation. This applies to all invoices including Workcover and TAC claims.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard (we do not accept Diners Club or American Express)

How long are appointments?

The length of your appointment will depend on the service you require. Please call our friendly receptionists on 1300 859 887 for more information.

Can I contact my Practitioner via email?

Unfortunately, the clinic is unable to respond to you as a patient via email. This policy ensures complex problems are diagnosed accurately and managed appropriately with a proper consultation, whilst allowing you time to have all your questions answered. Please call the clinic on 1300 859 887 to arrange an appointment to see your Practitioner.

Can I receive my results over the phone?

Please discuss this with your practitioner at the time of your appointment.

Is my medical record confidential?

Yes, your records are confidential and will only be shared between your treating team. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Do you sell products (such as for physiotherapy exercises)?

We stock a variety of therabands, bandages, tapes, tubings, braces, heel raises, and Pilates equipment (foam rollers, massage balls, and fitballs). We can also order most items for you.
